Parent Meeting Agenda - please look this over to see what was covered at our October 3rd parent meeting. This is important for both Cast and Crew students and parents.
Parent Committee Sign Up Sheet - our productions are able to do some much because of our wonderful parent volunteers. If you have not already done so, please sign up for a committee.
Crew Student and Parent Permission Sheet - Please print and sign this document. Printed copies can also be found with Ms. Weeks. Your form must be signed by both the guardian and the student crew member before they can begin working on their crew. Please contact Bunny Dailey with any questions.
General Fees for Activities: Portage Public Schools $50 Pay-to-Participate fee ($25 for students with financial assistance). PPS requires this fee for any student involved in sports and activities, including the musical. This fee helps subsidize the cost of extra-curricular programs. The good news is that this fee covers many other activities (including Forensics in the spring), and you only need to pay once a year. If you have not paid this yet, please see Mrs. Schermerhorn in the main office as soon as possible.
Musical Fees: Please make all checks payable to Portage Public Schools and give to either Ms. Weeks or Mrs. Dailey. If you would like to set up special payment options please do not hesitate to speak to either of us.
* Cast Fees: $60.00 (Costume Rental and Food)
* Crew Fees: $30.00 (Crew Shirt and Food)
